Working Principle

Principle of the Hydraulic Quick Coupler
Hydraulic Quick Coupler consists of a coupling body, check valve spool, jacket, ball, spring and seal. The inner cavity of the coupler body has a check valve, when the two couplers are separated from each other, the check valve spool extends under the action of their respective springs and presses down on the tapered holes of the coupler body, so that the access is closed, and the oil in the tubes on both sides of the tubes is closed in the tubes and can not be discharged. The two joints are locked with steel ball, when working, the jacket presses the steel ball in the U-shaped groove of the joint body under the action of the spring, so that the joint body is connected. The difference between two-end open type quick coupler and two-end open and closed type is only that there is no check valve in the inner chamber of the coupler, so when the two couplers are separated, the access cannot be closed.One end of Hydraulic Quick Coupler is connected to the hose by a three-flap type hose connector, and the coupling core of the hose connector is directly inserted into the quick coupler.
