The composition and working principle of an electric hydraulic pump:
1. The electric hydraulic pump consists of a motor, a coupling, a gear reduction box, and a control valve;
2. The motor drives the gear reducer by the triangle belt, so that the gear makes axial movement and the output speed is about 20 RPM axial displacement;
3. When the input pressure increases (that is, the flow rate is greater than zero), the oil enters the cavity between the meshing teeth through the throttle valve, the volume changes between the two meshing teeth, and the oil is absorbed and discharged;
4. Due to the increase of the input pressure oil, the output pressure rises, and the overflow pressure is equal to the load pressure (that is, the overflow ratio is the same);
5. When the load is reduced (that is, the flow rate is less than zero), the main relief valve is closed, and the oil intake is reduced so that the output flow is also reduced accordingly;
6. If the load continues to decrease, the main relief valve is opened again for the unloading cycle.
