The working principle of the Hydraulic Nut Splitter is mainly the use of the hydraulic principle. It is usually composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a cutting tool and a tool holder. By producing a strong breaking force, the nut is cut in half at one time without damaging the thread thread, so that the screw can continue to be used after breaking.
When using the Hydraulic Nut Splitter, it is necessary to open the oil filling plug, fill the manual oil pump case with hydraulic oil, and close the unloading valve. Then put the head hole of the cutter into the nut to be broken, and put it straight and flat. Press the oil pump to push the split knife out to the nut. When the split knife is pushed into half of the nut, it is necessary to press the hand pump carefully to avoid excessive force, and the split knife will split the nut quickly and damage the bolt thread. When the splitting sound is heard, it means that the nut has been broken. At this time, the pressure should be stopped, and the unloading valve should be unscrewed, so that the splitting knife can be returned to its original position, and the cutting device can be removed to complete the work.
