Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the oil and metal debris on the surface of the machine after daily use, keep the mold groove clean, and prevent impurities from affecting the pressing quality.
Lubrication and maintenance
Add lubricating oil to the moving parts (such as sliders and guide rails) every 8 hours of work. The hydraulic machine needs to check the oil level regularly to ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean and free of impurities.
Mold inspection
Check whether the mold is intact before each use, without cracks or excessive wear. When pressing wire ropes of different specifications, the matching mold needs to be replaced.
Pressure test
Check whether the hydraulic system pressure is normal every week. Manual models need to confirm that the connecting rod mechanism is not loose.
Electrical inspection
Electric models need to check cables and switches regularly to avoid malfunctions caused by aging of the line.
Storage requirements
When not in use for a long time, the mold should be coated with anti-rust oil for storage, and the machine should be powered off and covered to prevent dust.
