How To Store Ultra High Pressure Hose Correctly

Jun 19, 2025

There are several key points to pay attention to when storing Ultra High Pressure Hoses to ensure that their performance and service life are not affected.
First, choose a dry and ventilated indoor environment for storage. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature places. The temperature should be kept between 5-30℃. Excessive humidity may cause rust inside the hose or aging of the outer material.
Second, the hose should be stored flat or hung to avoid folding or squeezing. If it must be stored in a coil, the bending radius cannot be too small, otherwise it will cause the hose to deform or the internal structure to be damaged.
Before storage, clean the oil, dust and other debris on the surface of the hose and keep it clean. If there is residual liquid in the hose, it should be emptied and blown dry with compressed air to prevent internal corrosion.
When stored for a long time, it is recommended to check the hose status every 3 months to check for cracks, deformation and other problems. At the same time, keep away from chemicals, sharp objects and rodents to avoid damage to the hose.
If the newly purchased ultra-high pressure hose is not used temporarily, it is recommended to keep it in the original packaging for storage. If stacking is required, the height should not exceed 1 meter to avoid the lower hose from being compressed and deformed.
Following these storage requirements can extend the service life of the Ultra High Pressure Hose and ensure safety and reliability during use.
