Clamping: press the operating button of the Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine to energize the electromagnet, the three-position four-way solenoid valve is in the left position, the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the clamping cylinder through the reducing valve, pushes the piston to move, and makes the clamping cylinder clamp the pipe.
Bending: When the clamping cylinder moves to the set position, the electromagnet loses power, the three-position four-way solenoid valve is in the middle, and the clamping cylinder stops feeding. Then the electromagnet is energized, the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the bending forming cylinder, pushes the piston to move, and makes the bending forming cylinder bend the pipe fittings.
Pressure holding: When the bending forming cylinder moves to the set position, the electromagnet loses power, the three-position four-way solenoid valve is in the middle position, and the bending forming cylinder stops feeding. At this time, the double hydraulic control check valve enables the hydraulic cylinder to maintain its pressure to ensure the forming quality of the pipe fitting.
Loosen: the electromagnet is energized, the two clamping cylinders return, and the electromagnet is energized, the bending forming cylinder is also returned, and the forming bending tube is removed to complete a complete bending working cycle.
